💨 Abstract

Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni announced South Africa's commitment to cleaner cities, towns, and villages through the Clean Cities, Towns and Villages Campaign. Launched by Deputy President Paul Mashatile, the initiative aims to foster greener, more inclusive urban spaces and improve service delivery. Ntshavheni emphasized the need for a capable state with professional public servants and strong institutions.
