💨 Abstract
Three Zimbabwean nationals—Hilda Tenega, Sthembiso Mlauzi, and Kumburai Andrew Masimo—were each sentenced to four life terms for trafficking orphaned children from South Africa to Ireland using fake documents. The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg also imposed additional sentences for fraud, possession of fraudulent documents, and violating immigration laws. The case was uncovered when Tenega was stopped at OR Tambo International Airport with three children and fraudulent documents.
