Rassie Erasmus, the Springboks' coach, unveiled a 37-player squad, including 20 forwards and 17 backs, for the first two Tests of the Rugby Championship against the Wallabies. He emphasized the importance of squad depth, with three players capable of covering each position. Nine players, including Lukhanyo Am and Faf de Klerk, have been placed on standby.
