The Springboks are gearing up for the Rugby Championship, starting with two Tests against Australia on August 16 and 23. They aim to defend their title won in 2019 and will name their first team on August 12. The championship also includes matches against the All Blacks and Los Pumas. After training, the team will reunite in Johannesburg on Sunday to focus on their campaign.
