The Confederation of African Football (CAF) appeal board declared Morocco as the AFCON 2025 champions after Senegal forfeited the final by walking off the pitch before full-time. Senegal's reign as champions ended abruptly with this decision. The board awarded Morocco a 3-0 victory.
