Orlando Pirates have named Nkosinathi Sibisi as their new captain for the 2025/26 season. Sibisi takes over from Innocent Maela, who retired. The captaincy was chosen by the players through a confidential vote. Tapelo Xoki and Mbekezeli Mbokazi will serve as vice-captains. Sibisi expressed his honor and commitment to the role, promising to fulfill his duties to the best of his ability.
