💨 Abstract
Kaizer Chiefs are set to earn R1.7 million for participating in the CAF Confederation Cup’s preliminary rounds. This double-advanced fee will help cover their travel and accommodation costs. They secured their spot after winning last season’s Nedbank Cup final. The preliminary rounds start later this month, with Chiefs drawn against Kabuscorp from Angola. Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns will also receive similar payments for their Champions League games.
