Kaizer Chiefs are seeking to sign Fawaaz Basadien, with long-serving defender Happy Mashiane potentially used as a trade-off to sweeten the deal. Mashiane, who has been limited to just four appearances this season, is reportedly on the radar of Stellenbosch. Orlando Pirates are also interested in Basadien and are negotiating with Kaizer Chiefs over forward Zakhele Lepasa.
