💨 Abstract
South African midfielder Thabo Cele, 28, is now a free agent after his contract with Russian club FC Fakel Voronezh was terminated due to family health issues. Cele, who has previously played in Portugal and Poland, has never played in the PSL and could be a potential target for local teams. His contract stipulates that he can only play for South African clubs until the end of his current contract.
