Orlando Pirates will face Congolese team Saint-Éloi Lupopo in the CAF Champions League second preliminary round after defeating Lesotho’s Lioli FC 7-0 on aggregate. The first leg will be held in Lubumbashi, the same city where Kaizer Chiefs play in the CAF Confederation Cup. Pirates, aiming to prove themselves among Africa’s elite, previously reached the semifinals last season. Lupopo advanced by beating Sudan’s Al Merrikh 1-0.
