Orlando Pirates are considering offering captain Innocent Maela a non-playing role, due to reduced playing time, as a similar offer was made to Happy Jele, who eventually left for Royal AM. Maela, who is only 33, will have to decide whether to take the offer and leave playing football or continue playing for a few more years.
