Mamelodi Sundowns striker Iqraam Rayners has returned to training after a heart issue was detected and treated early. The 29-year-old, a top scorer in the league, is now cleared to play, with coach Miguel Cardoso confirming no long-term cardiac concerns. Rayners, who joined Sundowns in 2024, is expected to regain full fitness soon. Sundowns lead 5-1 in their CAF Champions League qualifier.
