💨 Abstract

Mamelodi Sundowns striker Iqraam Rayners has returned to training after a heart issue was detected and treated early. The 29-year-old, a top scorer in the league, is now cleared to play, with coach Miguel Cardoso confirming no long-term cardiac concerns.
