💨 Abstract
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari refused to be substituted before a penalty shootout against Stellenbosch FC, leading to their 5-4 loss in the Carling Knockout Cup. Coaches abandoned the planned change, and Ntwari later conceded five penalties. Caretaker coach Cedric Kaze did not confirm disciplinary action. Ntwari, recalled for cup ties, has been included in Rwanda’s 2026 World Cup qualifier squad.
