💨 Abstract
Liberia has signed a one-year licensing deal with Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service to boost internet coverage across the country, aiming to reach 100% from the current 60%. The deal is intended to provide internet access to remote villages and farms. Starlink's network of low-Earth orbit satellites can reach areas with limited or no conventional communications infrastructure.
