💨 Abstract
The City of Cape Town has undertaken temporary pothole repairs in Gugulethu, Manenberg, and Newlands due to persistent wet conditions. The city's officials are addressing severe flooding caused by illegal dumping and greywater disposal, which exacerbate the issues. They urged residents to dispose of greywater properly to help prevent new potholes and flooding. Permanent repairs will be conducted during summer with hot mix asphalt.
