💨 Abstract
A 29-year-old man was found near Sea Point Pavilion in Cape Town, suspected to have drowned. Emergency services, including the Western Cape Provincial Water Policing and Diving Services, retrieved the body. A post-mortem will determine the cause of death. This incident follows recent tragedies in the same area, including another suspected drowning and a suspected suicide. Residents have expressed shock and sympathy.
