Jodie Davy, a UK resident, is upset after discovering her old neighbors tore down their shared fence, making it difficult for her to let her dogs out. The neighbors had moved out two weeks prior and Jodie believes they did it out of spite. The neighbors also removed their back fence. Jodie plans to replace the fence within her boundary to prevent it from being taken away again.
