💨 Abstract
The Body Shop, once facing closure due to financial struggles and changing beauty trends, has been acquired by Mike Jatania's consortium, Auréa. After going into administration in February 2024, the company has rebounded. The Body Shop managed to turn a £2 million profit in its first three months with Auréa, reopening all 113 stores and introducing two new product lines, Tender Tonka and Refreshing Passionfruit.
