💨 Abstract

A study found that consuming a cup of tea or a glass of red wine daily can help people age better due to flavonoids. Women with high flavonoid intake had a lower risk of frailty, impaired physical function, and poor mental health. Men also benefited, with lower risks of poor mental health. Flavonoids, present in berries, citrus fruits, and apples, help prevent chronic diseases and support overall health.
