💨 Abstract
Zara Armstrong, a 39-year-old mother, traveled over a thousand miles to Lithuania for a £4,000 breast reduction surgery after being refused by Ireland's national Health Service. Her 36J breasts caused severe physical and mental health issues, including chronic back pain and extreme self-consciousness. Despite the risks, the surgery was life-changing, reducing her cup size to 36D and significantly improving her quality of life.
