An at-home 'brain quiz' developed by Mass General Brigham assesses modifiable risk factors for brain health and can also reveal risks for stroke, heart disease, and common cancers. The McCance Brain Care Score (BCS) evaluates physical health, lifestyle, and social/emotional factors to predict risks of age-related brain diseases and other health issues. A higher score indicates healthier habits.
