💨 Abstract
Neighbours in Crookston, Glasgow are in a dispute over a row of 20ft trees. Charles Welsh claims the trees block sunlight and prevent him from using solar power and enjoying his veranda. The owners, Mohammed and Saima Faheem, have appealed to the Scottish Government against a ruling to reduce the height of the trees from 10ft to 13ft, citing privacy concerns and wildlife impact.
