💨 Abstract
After 25 years, Beetons, a beloved fish and chip shop in Guernsey, is closing due to the owners, Kim and Andy Ashplant, retiring and the increasing difficulties of running a business amid the cost of living crisis. Known for their exceptional service and a BBBCChefs review, Beetons has a loyal customer base. The couple hopes the shop will continue as a chip shop under new ownership.
