💨 Abstract

Around 4,000 individuals who applied for Debt Relief Orders (DRO) before April 2024, but did not complete the process, are eligible for a £90 refund. The Insolvency Service is urging them to claim their refunds. Letters and emails are being sent to those eligible, with approximately 1,000 people having already received their money. To claim the refund, individuals should email dro.preorder@insolvency.gov
