💨 Abstract

The Original Factory Shop (TOFS) is closing eight stores, starting June 28, due to financial struggles and ongoing restructuring. The stores closing include Arbroath, Kidwelly, and Shaftesbury, along with Pershore, Normanton, Peterhead, Staveley, and Milford Haven. TOFS, recently acquired by Modella Capital, is negotiating reduced rents to prevent insolvency.
