💨 Abstract

Paco Tapas, a Spanish restaurant in Bristol, has closed after losing its Michelin star last year. Owner Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, a former MasterChef star, attributes the closure to economic challenges faced by the food industry post-pandemic, including soaring energy bills and inflation. Sanchez-Iglesias, along with his parents, expressed gratitude to their patrons as he bids farewell to the Bristol restaurant scene, where his family's other establishments have also shut down.
