💨 Abstract
Consumer campaigners accuse Sports Direct of using misleading pricing tactics to inflate discounts, potentially breaking the law. Investigating 160 products, Which? found that 58 did not match the claimed Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) or Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs). Items like a Jack Wills hoodie and Slazenger shoes had inflated RRPs, suggesting better discounts than actual. This suggests unfair trading practices.
