The Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol will close from 7 PM on Friday, May 16, to 7 AM on Monday, May 19, for essential maintenance and repairs, including installation of lights, scaffolding, and painting. Vehicles and cyclists will be banned, but pedestrians can still cross. Elsewhere, the A3/M25 in Surrey and the A419 in Swindon have faced recent closures for resurfacing and maintenance.
