💨 Abstract
The UK is introducing the National Parking Platform, a single app to simplify parking payments in England. Led by the British Parking Association, partners include RingGo and JustPark. The platform aims to reduce confusion, avoid fines, and create a more flexible parking experience. It's set to work with councils on a not-for-profit basis, with the government maintaining oversight. Local authorities have already rolled it out in 10 areas.
