💨 Abstract
The oldest Ferrari car, a 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa, sold for a record £6.3 million. This rare model was Enzo Ferrari's first car, one of only nine produced. Originally bought by the Besana brothers, it competed in numerous races until 1965 when American collector Henry Austin Clark acquired it. The car retains its original chassis, body, engine, and gearbox.
