💨 Abstract
Bollinger Motors, an electric vehicle manufacturer, was on the verge of collapse due to debt and frozen assets after several lawsuits. Mullen Automotive acquired 95% of the company, resolving its financial and legal issues, allowing Bollinger to resume operations. The acquisition aims to accelerate the development of Bollinger's B4 chassis cab electric truck. However, a trademark and patent infringement lawsuit against Munro Vehicles is still ongoing.
