A former police officer has been charged with four counts of gross negligence manslaughter and one Health and Safety offence over a paddleboarding tragedy in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, UK. Four people - Paul O'Dwyer, Andrea Powell, Morgan Rogers, and Nicola Wheatley - died after getting into difficulty on the River Cleddau, while four others survived.
