💨 Abstract
A British mother, Mandy Damari, penned an emotional letter to her daughter Emily, who has been held captive by Hamas for nearly a year in Gaza. Emily, the only known British hostage still there, was abducted during the October 7 attacks last year. Her pet dog was shot dead during the assault, and she suffered a gunshot wound. Despite Mrs. Damari's global travels and meetings with world leaders, Emily remains captive.
