Police are seeking a man for information after a 5-year-old boy was bitten by a dog on a Metro train between Benton and Palmersville stations in North Tyneside on April 5. The boy, with his mother, was treated for an arm injury at a hospital and later discharged. Investigators released images of a man present during the incident and requested public assistance via social media or the police website.
