💨 Abstract

A 22-year-old nursery practitioner, Kimberley Cookson, pleaded guilty to gross negligence manslaughter after a 14-month-old boy, Noah Sibanda, died at Fairytales Day Nursery in Dudley, West Midlands, On December 9, 2022. The nursery director and the company itself denied related charges. Noah was described by his mother as a "lovable" and "beautiful" boy.
