💨 Abstract
Foreign Secretary David Lammy and his wife allegedly had their luggage taken by a taxi driver after a dispute over payment during a trip from Italy to a French ski resort. The driver, claiming they refused to pay €700 out of €1,550, left with their belongings and reported the incident to local police. Lammy and his wife insist the fare was paid in full and have counter-sued the driver for theft. The driver faces court in November.
