💨 Abstract
A tragic fire at a former RAF base in Bicester, Oxfordshire, resulted in the deaths of two firefighters and one other person. The blaze, which started on Thursday evening, saw ten fire crews battling the fire at the motoring and aviation heritage site. Locals were advised to stay indoors and avoid the area due to heavy smoke and reported explosions. Witnesses described seeing large plumes of smoke and hearing loud bangs during the firefighting efforts.
