💨 Abstract
Keith Robinson, 65, from Watford, was bitten by a noble false widow spider, Britain's most dangerous native spider, after clearing cobwebs at his home. The bite initially went unnoticed but later caused severe pain, inflammation, and cellulitis, making it difficult for him to walk. After a hospital visit, he was treated with antibiotics and painkillers. Robinson now warns others to avoid these spiders and seek immediate medical help if bitten.
