Nico Gaballonie, 29, plans to sue Stagecoach after a bus driver allegedly crashed into his car in Eltham, London. Gaballonie confronted the driver, who allegedly punched him and drove off with the door open, causing distress. Police dropped the investigation due to late CCTV disclosure. Gaballonie seeks compensation, claiming Stagecoach has not apologized for the incident. Stagecoach is co-operating with police but cannot comment due to potential legal action.
