💨 Abstract
Starting June 1, selling or supplying single-use vapes will be illegal, affecting both online and in-store businesses. This ban aims to reduce plastic litter and environmental harm, as millions of vapes are discarded weekly. Additionally, fines for improper disposal will increase from £400 to £600. The move follows concerns about youth vaping and improper disposal of vapes, which can cause fires.
