💨 Abstract

Isabella Daggett, a 21-year-old woman from Yorkshire, has been imprisoned in Dubai for a month without access to a shower or clean clothes, allegedly due to drug charges. She moved to Dubai for a job, was arrested soon after arriving, and claims she is innocent and has never used narcotics. Her family describes harsh prison conditions, with women receiving worse treatment than men. Ms Daggett was allegedly arrested with another man she was not romantically involved with.
