Residents near Bristol's popular Grassland and The Downs have raised concerns about a growing population of van dwellers. With an estimated 680-700 vans, the area has seen increased crime, litter, and health issues. A local resident, Tony Nelson, started a petition that has gained almost 6,500 signatures to enforce parking restrictions.
