💨 Abstract

Firefighters from six stations are battling a significant fire in the roof of a four-story retirement property on Imperial Avenue, Westcliff, Essex. The blaze, reported at 12:12 pm, is causing heavy smoke, and residents are advised to close doors and windows. Multiple emergency services, including ambulances and police, are on the scene. The fire is still being tackled as of 1:25pm.
