Britain's newest town, Elms Park, will be built near the M5 motorway, featuring 4,115 homes, shopping, sports facilities and costing £2.5bn. It will serve around 9,000 people and create 8,000 jobs. The project, led by Bloor Homes and Persimmon, includes schools, healthcare facilities, and a business park.
