💨 Abstract
A quarter of British adults skip breakfast most days due to a lack of options, limited time, or a preference for a bigger lunch. Millennials are the least likely to eat breakfast, particularly on weekdays. A major reason for skipping breakfast is not having enough time, with 34% citing this issue. Additionally, 13% skip breakfast to have a larger lunch, and 12% do so because they have nothing to eat.
