Kurtis Dwyer, 35 was sentenced to 14 months in prison after pleading guilty to hitting a five-year-old girl, Casey, with his car in Cardiff in March 2024. Casey suffered physical and mental injuries. Judge Simon Mills ruled that Dwyer would serve 7-months, with the rest on license.
