In Valladolid, Spain, a severe downpour led to extensive flooding, causing chaos and forcing the city into a state of emergency. Within an hour, over 200 emergency calls were made as streets and tunnels flooded, immobilizing vehicles and disrupting public transport. Despite the disorder, some residents managed to find humor in the situation. The incident, which dropped 16 square liters of rain per square meter, follows a series of extreme weather events in Spain.
