In Russia, a cop responded excessively to a tourist brawl by pinning a woman to the ground and holding a loaded gun to her temple. This incident occurred in Khabarovsk after police intervened in a street fight. The officer, later hospitalized for a burst eardrum, was slaped by the woman. Two other suspects were also detained, and a criminal case has been opened for assaulting a government official.
