Police are seeking help to find Portia Vincent-Kirby, 33, who vanished three months ago in London. Last seen on February 21 in Hyde Park, Portia's CCTV sighting was made at the Blind Beggar pub on March 14. Described as slim and blue-eyed, she has shoulder-length dyed blonde hair and is often seen with a baseball cap. Portia is known for being sociable and ran as the Green Party candidate.
