💨 Abstract
Marks & Spencer reportedly suffered a cyber-attack that encrypted their servers and potentially stole customer data. The hacker group 'DragonForce' sent threatening emails to M&S's CEO, Stuart Machin, and other executives, demanding a ransom. Although M&S hasn't confirmed the hack, this incident is estimated to have cost the company £300 million and affected unspecific number of clients.
